Brilliant Within Pure Collagen Peptides is an unflavoured bovine collagen powder made with Peptan® B 2000 LD from Rousselot. It is a single ingredient with nothing added, so it fits easily into your day. Stir a scoop into your morning coffee, tea, smoothie or a glass of water. It dissolves quickly in hot or cold drinks and has a neutral taste.

Health benefits

Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body and the main structural protein in your skin, bones and joints. Your body makes less of it as you age. Peptan® collagen peptides have been tested in placebo-controlled studies:

  • Fewer wrinkles. In women aged 45 to 60, 5 g of Peptan® B a day for 90 days reduced wrinkles around the eyes by 13% and smile lines by 10%.
  • Stronger hair. In the same study, hair was 13% stronger than in the placebo group.
  • Hydrated, denser skin. In other studies, 10 g of Peptan® a day improved skin hydration within 8 weeks and increased the density of collagen in the skin within 12 weeks.
  • Joint comfort. In women with knee joint discomfort, 8 g of Peptan® a day improved joint comfort and mobility over six months.
  • Muscle and bones. Each serving gives 9 g of protein, which helps maintain muscle and normal bones.
